Kristan initially observed me before the session began by asking me about any specific areas of tension or pain that I was feeling. Throughout the session, he checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. The massage itself was incredible. Kristan used a variety of techniques to work out the knots and tension in my back muscles, and I could feel myself relaxing more and more with each passing minute. By the time the session was over, I felt like a completely new person. My muscles were loose and relaxed, and my mind felt clear and refreshed. Highly recommended.
