There is no more queuing due to appt system which works really well. From the greeting at the entrance to help unloading if you need it (and if you're lucky- even if you don't!) the experience is a pleasureable one.

Was not too busy today. Wasn't easy unloading a load of soil bags up over a 4 foot skip edge. They should make it easier for people to empty their black garden sacks of soil. Should be able to empty them onto the ground and it can then be scooped up into the skip.
