Appalling customer service. I telephoned to discuss a new job, and was advised to send an E-mail regarding my restoration project. I did that, but never got a reply. I tried calling again, to see if they had received my message, but they never answered. I made at least half a dozen phone calls at different times of day, over a period of 2 weeks. I eventually left my details on their answering service. That was two weeks ago, and still nobody has been in touch. Imagine trying to get a response from these people once you have a project underway, and you want an update! Amateurs.
