We reached out to retrofit in Jul 22 to have an insulation and new floorboards installed in our property. It was quite straight forward job on a 60sqm bungalow. It took Andrew 2 weeks to come out and visit the property which was completely fine. We made it quite clear we would like this doing asap and he said he would come back to us with a quote and ask his joiner to also come out so he can give a more accurate quote. We chased for the quote but we never heard back and we just waisted a month waiting around. We made it quite clear to Andrew that we can’t go ahead with the rest of this refurb project until the floor is sorted. I can’t comment on the quality of the job but being non responsive and waisting client’s time and not giving a quote is not professional. This also set back our project as we didn’t ask for quotes from other companies as we were quite certain he would take on the job. I appreciate there is a shortage of joiners but a quick email with an update would be much appreciated. Service: Flooring
