The girls working at the counter downstairs where you want to sell your clothing are plain rude and rip you off. I went with a full IKEA bag’s worth of clothing and only had three pieces that were ‘up to their standards’ when in reality the majority of my clothes was in perfect condition since I had barely worn them. Not only that, my clothes were of high end brands and still it was ‘not worth anything’. The girls will rip you off giving you only 10% value when it should be upwards of 40% - I hadn’t realised until a worker from a different shop told me otherwise and I only got 6£ for my clothes. If you want to sell your clothes, do it on your own account or find somewhere else!

The two girls working downstairs at the counter are the most useless people I have ever come across. They know absolutely nothing about their job ! They take credit from customers and put it on their own books, even the joint shops had nothing nice to say about these two nasty girls.

I’ve been coming to these shops for years, but not for a good while. The security guard was saying”alright”,kind of thing on arrival.(I’d already called about one of my items, and told to come along, and was directed downstairs).A guy in front of me,also selling luckily after a while said he had another bag to go of stuff so let me go in front. The lady behind counter told me she could take a look at them after not saying anything the whole time I stood there .There was another young guy sat there doing zero the whole time also. The lady behind the counter said they couldn’t take my frames with lenses in,although I was told to come along when I called and my trainers were too worn in her opinion.Nope, not in comparison to some sat there. Also I could maybe have just taken the lenses out if the glassses then. Either way, don’t tell people to come along then.People might have walked there,or been in a bad way and needed stuff. No apologies nothing. Disgusting!!!!!!. Doesn’t cost a thing to be empathic, or ask questions if people are saying they want to bring an item/s on the phone,if there are rules around those items. They should say,so people don’t waste their time!!!!. I’m awarding 1 star for smily security guard and lady upstairs at least directing me downstairs.

My first time in a branded vintage shop and this one is a five star! The items here are secondhand but they are in a very good condition and the price is really affordable for the high quality items that you can find there. I tell you for a fact that I found a real bargain for a little black dress designed by Alexander Wang, a black tailored sequined dress by Racil and a black YSL stilletos for only £415! Staff are very accommodating. You can also try on the clothes and shoes too! Be patient in rummaging through the clothes and shoes, you will definitely find the best fit for you! ❤

You come here for one thing; the DEALS, a lot of second hand designer places will sell very worn items with holes or major flaws this place DOES NOT, you won’t find Gucci jackets with shredded disintegrating linings and no buttons here and I hope that standard never waivers. The prices are always super reasonable and reflect the condition of the item. This store buys clothes, you are selling direct to retail and you will be given wholesale prices - that’s just business, baby. The negative reviews are all left by salty sellers surprised that they’re not getting £100 for five year old “designer” COS jumpers. As for the staff, I would have an attitude too if I had to deal with some of these rude AF people, kudos to them for not allowing entitled hags talk to them however they want, if you want to be rude and still get your a** kissed go to Harrods and pay Harrods prices.
