What is your commission rate for selling consigned items?

Our commission rate for selling consigned items varies depending on the item and its value. We typically take a percentage of the final sale price as our commission. We are happy to discuss our rates with potential consignors and provide more information upon request.

How often do you pay out consignment earnings to sellers?

We pay out consignment earnings to sellers on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, we calculate the total amount owed to each consignor and issue payment via the method of their choice, such as check or direct deposit.

Do you have a return policy for items purchased at your vintage clothing store?

We do not offer returns on items purchased at our vintage clothing store. All sales are final. However, we encourage customers to carefully inspect items before making a purchase and we are happy to provide additional information or photos upon request.

How do you determine the pricing of your vintage clothing items?

We take multiple factors into consideration when determining the pricing of our vintage clothing items. These factors include the rarity, condition, and age of the item, as well as current market trends and demand. We strive to price our items fairly and competitively.

Can you provide any recommendations or tips for caring for and preserving vintage clothing?

To care for and preserve vintage clothing, we recommend storing items in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Items should be cleaned and stored properly, with delicate items being hand washed or dry cleaned as needed. It's also important to handle items with care and avoid wearing them too frequently to prevent wear and tear.

The most terribly organised business in London and the most horrific, unhelpful & rude staff. I phoned for a pair of shoes I wanted to double check they were still available and as soon as a guy from the staff confirmed, I made a 2-hour trip to get them. As soon as I arrived, they couldn’t find them and all the staff were completely apathetic and outraged with me! As if I was wrong… I urge everyone to never support a business like this and I hope the staff members start appreciating the fact they have work - a work which they shouldn’t have really.

Don't sell to them. They completely rip you off. I appreciate they need to make a profit but they really take advantage. Staff are rude and arrogant.

Staff were nice, polite and helpful to me, and they had a wide variety of very interesting and cool vintage pieces at a fair price. The shop did not have any sign of foul smell and the clothes were clean; not like how other reviews describe the shop. By far the coolest clothes shop I went to during my trip to London.
