    Hi everyone! I have been in the retreat clinic to do an eyelash lift. The promise and the care was there but the result was inexistent! I didn’t have an eyelash lift! I paid £55 for an eyelash lift and didn’t get any even after following all the instructions that had been given in the paper! I had a flight the next day and so send them an email with the pictures of the inexistent eyelash received! I asked them to find a solution of either rerun me or give a service back for when I will be back but never received a response. So, when I come back I went to them by asking why they did not respond and their attitude was so disrespectful and they completely neglected that the problem was the service and they just started blaming me abound not following the process which actually has been done ! Before going to them I have done so many eyelash lift so I know what is the difference between having it done or not ! I want my money back or I actually will take this matter seriously and go to the police because I have been subject to a misleading treatment with no results promised ! Inside the clinic there is a man and a woman. The woman who did the treatment was ashamed but the man started responding back! Their products don’t do nothing and I am positive that no one goes to them this is why the clinic has been so empty! Do not go to do any service to them the customer service care is awful ! I am talking with you as a sister but if you want to waist your money, go and you will regret it! Service: Lash lift
