We are thrilled with our RA-LED awning. Sitting in a smart, anthracite casing, the awning is very well-designed and made. There is a great choice of colours. The awning is waterproof. The remote control operates both the awning - which can be stopped at any point along its journey - and the LED lights which are within the extendable arms. And it is really quiet when being opened or closed. Like all other awnings, it should not be extended during windy or snowy days; an optional extra is a whizzy device which detects undue strain and retracts the awning automatically. An online calculator enables you to see the cost of the awning. Installation is extra. You’ll need to have ready a mains electricity supply to the company’s specifications and they’ll do the rest. Ordering was simple and installation of our 4m x 3m awning was done within half a day and placed above existing wall-heaters. So, no more grabbing everything off the table and dashing inside when it starts to rain or sweltering in the sun and wishing for a cloud or two. Perfect!

Highly recommended! Have just had our motorised retractable awning fitted. We have a small awkward-shaped patio plus old uneven brick walls but they went to great lengths to ensure maximum coverage from sun and rain. They were efficient, punctual, reliable and organised and I would definitely recommend this company.
