Correspondence is non existing if you ask a question or have a query you never get an answer things are done without being notified till after the event always seems like you are fighting an uphill battle I think they should look at the leases and adhere to their contents after all they are being paid a decent amount to manage but they never listen knowing what I know now I would never sign with them again this is my opinion

My review is as a bereaved relative having to sell the property for the Estate. What an ordeal, so dragged out, like pulling teeth! Surely they could make the process quicker and having to sell to an older generation you are on tenderhooks that something doesn't happen to the buyer in the meantime. Two previous buyers had to pull out due to illness. Then to top the lot the amount of money they take out of the Sale is daylight robbery!
