Our daughter wanted a fresh case for her phone as she likes to swap them about it. She chose one within five minutes and proceeded to pay. Staff are unbelievable... "Do you want to buy a screen protector?" ... "No thank you" "Do you want to buy a screen protector?" ... "No thank you" "Are you sure you don't want to buy a screen protector?" ... I stepped in here ... "my daughter has said no twice, she doesn't want one" Then he starts putting one onto the phone alongside the hard sales pitch on why we should buy one. At this point I figured the only way to deal with this was to ignore the ignorant so we took the phone and left. At the end of the day, this shop is nothing more than a two bit market stall, selling cheap phone covers and accessories, and the untrained staff make every attempt to push a sale, even if it ultimately means being rude to their customers.

Came in to buy a plug (no cable, just a plug) and their one cost £12. You can get four for that price on Amazon. So I politely said I would have a look at other places and come back. The salesman then became very aggressive and rude, telling me he would sell it for £10 instead, and it was a good deal. He made me feel very uncomfortable as he wouldn’t take no for answer. When I stood firm he snatched the plug off me and turned away. Made me quite uncomfortable. Before that he also kept asking me if I wanted other products, to which I had to say no thank you about five times. Unless you want to be treated with no respect and get ripped off for a simple product, do not come here.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I went to get my iPhone 11 fixed and a month later the screen they fixed just came off. I then took it somewhere else to get it fixed to which they told me they had used tape to stick it down and they also used a really poor quality screen so was a complete waste of money

Very good cases, great offers and discounts, yeah they are a bit pushy but polite too, got stuff for my new phone with really good discounts, they are always very respectful to my handicapped step son too I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my phone accessories
