    I was nervous of gyms but decided to give Results Gym a try and I am glad I did. They help you use the equipment and set you on your way to a constructive workout programme. Sam and Stuart have been patient and kind which has definitely helped with confidence building. All the staff are friendly and approachable. There is a variety of machines and great atmosphere. This is a gym for all ages and would recommend it.

    I joined results gym 2 months ago and all I can say is WOW. From my first day at induction with Stuart to my PT sessions weekly with Lucy and Suzie it has been super welcoming professional and engaging. Support every step of the way even asking for a bespoke weight training plan I received it straight away and even got an induction with Denis who again was super professional and supportive. I have tried other gyms before but never found one who ticks every box from start to finish and I look forward to going every week. So if you’re looking for a friendly professional gym and a team of super helpful people Results in Abingdon is the place to be. So hopefully see you there. Jason

I spent many years wanting to use a gym but always been put off by past experiences of commercial gyms where I felt like just a number.
