Lois was very careful to understand my history and condition before beginning treatment and prescribing exercises. The massages were very effective, though some were less pleasant than others! From being unable to walk without a lot of pain to being back to my former 20000 steps a day indicates how effective the treatment and exercise programme has been.

I was able to book a short notice appointment on-line. Lois inspires confidence with her extensive experience and knowledge, she was able to give relief to the neck pain I was suffering, I hope after a few more appointments her healing hands will restore pain free movement. Highly recommended.

Rina is the most thorough whole body physiotherapist that I’ve had treatment from. I am a chronic back pain sufferer and I’ve been in a wheelchair and heavily medicated, I’ve also spent five years confined to bed. Since my treatment I can now go swimming everyday, I can move around more than I thought possible and basically I have a life. Rina is also focused on Body and soul healing, she is averse to dietary advice and can give you the indications one needs to heal more than just aches and pains. Just because she has been a revelation in my life, I give her my highest recommendation.

A thoroughly good deep tissue sports massage that targeted my shoulder where the pain was and got all the knots out. Lois was so friendly and understanding and made me feel relaxed. Some good tips for post massage exercises and stretches to help keep the tension at bay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking another one.

I did see Lois the physiotherapist, she was phenomenal at sorting out my tension headaches and stiff neck. I used to have a headache all day but now i am pain free and my neck got back ALL its movement. And I am swimming and doing exercise at home. I am am very happy with their treatment. Thanks
