We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our cheeky, loving Rottweiler make her way to Rainbow Bridge. Our veterinary team made the arrangements to have her picked-up/returned to them. We were contacted by Resting Pets who were kind, understanding & sensitive asking us what we wanted (we had looked at the website), we had sent her favourite pink tennis ball to be cremated with her. Once she had returned to the vets, we had a phone call informing us. We cannot thank the team enough for taking care of her.

I recently had cat cremated at resting pets. The urn is amazing the pawprint brilliant. The death certificate wonderful but the poem was so amazing and made me cry after the first line... the staff were so caring. Highly recommend them xx

I feel sorry to write this review but have been so very upset since my experience when Resting Pets collected my beloved boy after being put to sleep. I can't fault the ladies in the office for their kindness and sympathy although I was told that as there was only one man, Ian, to collect my very large German Shepherd dog would there be someone to help him lift him into the van?!! which I couldn't believe I would have to do. When Ian arrived it seemed as if he was in such a rush - as if he was meant to be somewhere else & this appointment was unplanned. I didn't expect a chat but I would have expected someone with more sympathy and care and unhurried He put my boys upper body onto the stretcher and then his wife came into the room - he didn't even wait for her to lift my boy together. He strapped him on the stretcher and I couldn't believe they had no cover for him as he was going out to the van parked on the main road. When I asked he said he didn't have a cover so I had to rush to find one & I put a bed throw over my boy to cover him. I can't believe what a rush everything seem to be & to be charged an extra £75 for out of hours - Saturday work. When I enquired at the office afterwards I was told that Ian was in a different van that day so didn't have any covers. I'm still so very sad and upset that this is my lasting memory of my beloved dog leaving his home. What an appalling service I will never forget.

Outstanding service, phoned me to discuss my arrangements for my boy Bruno, they were caring and so supportive and patient and went through everything with me. Bruno was cremated individually the casket and engravement was lovely, I had the card paw print and the clay paw print both were done to perfection and even a few of Bruno's hairs were in the clay print which I thought finished it off. All I can say say is thank you for caring for my boy.

Amazing. A truly professional positive service from start to finish. They have a very caring, soothing manner when speaking on the phone. My best friend (my dog died) and I was in bits, the vets arranged the Collection & drop off ,of my dogs ashes. The urn is very stylish, everyone I have shown says how nice it looks. Presentation was 10/10. Not a bad word to say about this company. I highly recommend them.Thank you Xx

Could not recommend Resting Pets anymore. We unfortunately lost our Springer Spaniel Louie in late April to unexpected cancer and Resting Pets couldn’t have provided a better service. We got to say goodbye to him for good and they had cleaned him and presented him for us for one last cuddle. And then the service was quick and we got his pawprints, we decided to have his ashes in a photo frame which was well made and overall the service was just fantastic. Would highly recommend
