    Place should be shut down, unsafe working environment and terribly managed. The chairs are falling to bits so if you have back problems or require DSE equipment then forget it, you've got no chance of getting anything out of them except abuse from the unprofessional and unqualified managers. Pretty sure an office that can't accommodate DSE or provide a safe working environment for it's employees is illegal as well.

    Great place to work with a good positive atmosphere you will have good training and ongoing support should you require it. I like working here my team has great camaraderie. A bit of friendly competition on performance is a good way of keeping productivity up with prizes up for grabs. Staff events too. Overall for me it's a fun and professional place to work. PS ignore the not good reviews obviously from disgruntled ex employees who the job isn't suited. If you can do call work everything is in place for you to thrive here. Shout to the EE RTL Team 👊 💪

    Just not a great place to work. Advertise on indeed they are based in Chester le street-houghton le spring-Durham-Washington but they are based in Seaham. Left the place as soon as I could due to a decline in my mental health.

    I think you need to have a word with your supervisor employee's about victimisation in the work place to it's young staff members. They can't force sales out of nowhere. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. One more thing no wonder the mental health issues within the young generation are as high as they are if they have to worry about going to work in this environment. Clearly nothing is in place for this within the workplace .Actually should be ashamed considering the company you are.

    The trainers are brilliant, however you aren't given enough training, only a week or so. Most of the call floor staff are alright, the managers try to be, but the upper level management aren't great at listening to the problems of their staff, they would only concentrate on making their own bonus by any means necessary. Also the onsite coffee man is quite expensive.
