    Terrible company, hob broke after 18 months and these are the repair company it’s been 5 weeks since first call out, the first time engineer said oh there is no power running to it? So I called an electrician who came out and said there was not problem, got the second engineer out who saud 2 components had burnt out saud he would order them and be back in a week, so word after 2 weeks, phoned to complain and was told the engineer did not order anything as he said there was no power to the hob and the case had been shut. So 5 weeks in a no hob! To make matters worse it’s another 2 week wait before an engineer comes out for the third time. Company is a joke! Service: Stove & cooktop repair

    I am shocked at the amount I paid for an engineer to come to our flat in October 2022, for a variety of reasons. This was through Zanussi. Upon arriving, the literal first words he spoke were to moan about the lack of parking (which we could do nothing about, seeing as we couldn't afford £20k for our own parking space). We were in the process of selling and moving house with a stressful purchase and sale. I also have mental health and cognitive conditions that can affect my communication and stress tolerance, so was exhausted. I appreciated that he called an hour before to ask me to put the dishwasher on so that there was a better chance of hearing the noise first hand, but that is the only positive thing from the experience. Unfortunately, the issue (whining noise from the motor) was not happening when he came, and we of course didn't expect him to sit and wait for it. We gave him a description of the problem, including what location of the unit the noise was definitely coming from and a video recording. We at least would have liked for him to have looked at the parts and maybe started the troubleshooting process by replacing a part that may have been the cause and telling us to monitor the situation and book another appointment if needed. But it felt like he just wanted to finish for the day/move onto his next job and not even try. Service: Dishwasher repair

    This company fixed our AEG washer dryer under warranty, although it took two appointments because the first time the repairer did not wait to check if the dryer would cut out - which was the problem in the first place. Less than a year later the problem has reoccurred. The machine is no longer under warranty though their website claims all their repairs are guaranteed for 12 months. This is untrue, they are not guaranteed because the company is refusing to return to look at the repairs under its own warranty. Service: Washer/dryer repair

    Very poor customer support and very poor service . Treat the customer of warranty repair at last as they know they don’t have any way to go else where . My washer dryer down more then 3 weeks and nothing has been done until now . Keep on changing dates and time

    This company does repairs on behalf of Electrolux (who make AEG, Zanussi, John Lewis, IKEA, probably others...) so were sent to do a warranty repair to my Zanussi washer/dryer. I explained there was limited parking at my property but they were able to find a spot. They arrived on time and fixed the machine quickly, and were neat and tidy. I am taking the time to leave a good review because even getting people to turn up at all these days seems difficult! Service: Washer/dryer repair
