I cannot rate Resonance highly enough. I'll confess, piano tuning is not high on my long list of 'to do' items, however when the neighbour cats started joining in whenever I played, I decided it was time to get it done, finally after many, many years. Cat was not deterred by this fact, (nor did she charge me extra for piano negligence) so simply took it in her stride and made my piano sound, well rather amazing. She is also the first piano tuner who has told me anything about my piano - i.e. age and it was really interesting. Plus she is now also the coolest person I and my kids know (she turned up on a motorbike). So thank you - it was a job I'd been putting off but you made the whole experience fun and painless. The neighbourhood cats are now going to have to find somewhere else to MEEOOOW from now on! Thank you again.
