I came to Dom few months ago with a painful and clicking knee. Having had multiple surgeries on my knees and having gone through numerous physios over the years, I was pretty sure I was literally on my last legs. Turns out it wasn't the case! The first thing I noticed that distinguishes Resilience from other physios is the comprehensive assessment of the whole body/injuries history to pinpoint the cause of the problem, rather than just tackling the symptoms. Long story short, a couple of months in, I am now jumping, cycling and working on my agility, whilst already being able to do 20+ one legged pistol squats. There is still some room for improvement, but the progress I've made under Dom's care is unbelievable. I could not recommend Resilience highly enough. The level of knowledge and ability in sport rehab area is world class.

Jack was able to identify the problem which was Achilles tendinopathy and gave exercises for me to do to build up my strength and after a couple of weeks performing these exercises regularly, I noticed little to no pain in my Achilles

Broke my fibula and had ORIF surgery with a plate and screws. Ankle was totally locked in place due to a cast and non-weight bearing. Ed is doing a great job getting me back to my feet again, and knows what he is talking about

I use this physiotherapy centre every time I have an injury. I normally see Edwin Walsh. Last year he treated me for a knee injury and I was back up and running within a couple of weeks, all due to the treatment, exercises and advice he gave me. Most recently I have had a glute injury, and having a half marathon to train for Ed has offered me advice, and has given me exercises I can add in to my workouts to try and strengthen the muscles around my lower back to support my glute while running. I have all the time in world for Ed and would recommend him to anybody who is suffering with any muscle, bone or joint pain. He takes the time to ensure you understand the nature of your injury, he ensures you understand why he is setting you exercises to complete and he ensures you have the correct form while doing them to prevent any further injury.

I highly recommended Ed, Dom and team. The facilities they have are also great. I have had numerous appointments throughout the past two years to rectify injuries from sport or aches from poor posture at work, typically fixed after one or two appointments.
