    If i could give a score of zero i would. They have cost me over 60,000 pounds due to their incompetence and unwillingness to provide the necessary documents required to sell my property that they have mismanaged in the most incredible manner possible. Had i known the level of incompetence and neglect this company provides i would never have bought a property managed by them. And the worst part is they cannot be fired as they are appointed by the freeholder and not the directors of the management company of residents. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THESE COWBOYS MANAGE. I just wish someone had warned me.

    These ppl stole £300 worth of things that my late mother had bought as a gift to my children before she died and I have had contact with the manager Sam who informed me that they had given them them away. I have been distraught , my children have been waiting for me to replace or return their things and I just cannot do it. On top of that they have me working like some sort of door man for them, 8am, 7am sometimes even 5am I have had strangers knocking on my window or buzzing the intercom and waking my Children up because RMG refuses to fix the intercoms for other ppl or make it so that I don’t have to come out of my flat to open the door to strange ppl. Your belongings are not safe if you live here and it feels like neither am I. My sanity is at risk. I’ve made numerous calls informing this company that they are disrupting myself and scaring my children by not fixing the intercoms for everybody else (as it seems like my buzzer is unfortunately the only one that still works) but they do nothing but steal my kids things. These ppl should be shut down. No remorse and no compassion

    Never buy a property that is managed by this management company. They have no control over their costs and just recharge everthing to the residents of the properties that they supposedely manage. Blame should also be directed at the many housing associations (such as Clarion Housing) who continue to use them as their preferred residential property management company.

    AWFUL company to deal with. Currently trying to sell our house, which is on an RMG-managed development, and their staff are slow, rude and fail to answer enquiries properly. They have actively held up our house sale and caused excessive frustration for us and our conveyancer.

    Bad company, took over 3 months to update system with new flat owner. However constant reminders to pay service charges for a flat I don't own. Despite 3 emails from buyers solicitors requesting change of ownership. Caused immense amount of unnecessary stress and worry. Would avoid at all costs in future
