I have stayed at the 4b Merchant Square of Residential Land on and off for nearly eight years. The location is excellent and offers easy access to variety of amenities. The flat is well-appointed with modern appliances and fixtures. Another reason why I loved the apartment was its cleanliness. Both the reception and corridors were always clean. Before moving the place was also professionally cleaned. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in central London.

Gary of Merchant Square is the most incompetent manager of a building I have ever experienced. Having lived in that building in 2022 he was always rude, uninformed and so full of himself. Because of him, will never ever want to be involved with Residential Land again. Wish I could give 0 stars

My wife and I stayed at Hamlet Gardens for 5 months and were very impressed with the service and the quality of the flat. The location is perfect with so many great cafes and restaurants close by and an awesome park just around the corner. The management were always great to deal with; Monique in particular was a great help, always extremely friendly and quick to respond.

I rented a 1 bedroom flat in Merchant Square for nearly a year and was very happy with my entire experience. The flat itself was very comfortable, modern, clean, and came with everything I needed, including a smart TV. More importantly, the flat was super well located - it is less than 5 mins walk to the tube station on the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, and around 10 mins walk to Paddington Station. There are also many grocery stores around within walking distance. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Thank you Gary Irwin, our building manager for always being so attentive and responsive. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have rented many top end apartments in London over the years and I have to say that Gary and the team who run Merchant Square are the most professional and friendly landlords I have had the pleasure of renting from. Nothing was too much trouble; issues and problems were dealt with speedily and the common areas were kept spotless. The concierges always had a smile, knew all our names and bent over backwards to look after us.

Location was perfect everything was easy to get to. The apartment was clean and everything was in great shape. Also very safe and very nice walking area with little Venice just minutes walk. Will definitely want to stay here again on our next London visit.

I stayed at Hamlet Gardens managed by Residential Land for 3 months and was very happy with the property which was comfortable and came with everything I needed including kitchen items and TV with streaming services. The property managers were quick to respond whenever I had a query and were very helpful when I was locked out of my property late at night. I was able to get through to them on their emergency number without too much issue and they helped me to resolve my issue with no complaints. Very happy with the property and service.
