Very nice hotel, well located. The beds are comfortable, the room and the hotel in general were clean. You even have a kitchen in the room, with the minimum you need and also a dishwasher, a fridge. The breakfast offers enough choice and is good. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Not good hotel, not suitable for families more than 3 , the rooms are tiny and crampt not much space, at night its so hott and thr bedding is uncomfortable! They only do breakfast and that was basic nothing special, not many places to sit and eat ethier. Overall its ok. Wouldnt reccomend. The sink also was blocked in our room and they took no notice! Terrible

Rooms: Les lits étaient ultra confortables, le canapé lit on aurait dit un vrai lit tellement il était bien. La salle de bain pas très grande mais suffisante. Placards pour ranger les vêtements, coffre fort, sèche-cheveux, shampoing, gel douche, serviette, tout est fourni. Nearby activities: Il faut absolument aller faire un tour au marché de Bourough. Walkability: L'hôtel est proche de plusieurs arrêts de bus, pas mal de restaurants et cafés autour. La gare est à 10 min à pied ainsi que le métro. Food & drinks: Petit déjeuner extra et varié il y a les classiques mais vous avez aussi des spécialités anglaises qui changent un peu tous le jours.

Like everyone has mentioned, this place has its cons. However, the Pros outweighed those cons. We arrived a 9am and most of our tools were not ready because checkin is at 3pm. HOWEVER they asked my party of 22 to enjoy their bfast (which we did). While we were enjoying bfast they had their staff ready our rooms extra early. We were all checked in by noon. The staff here is exceptional. They really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and are needs were met. I'd like to express a heartfelt thank you to Jerryn and Sia for their constant assistance throughout this trip. THEY are the reason I will stay here again. I recommend you do too. Conveniently located near the train an HopOn and Off bus. Walkability: Key required for elevator
