I stayed in a suite which was the size of a fairly small room. That’s false advertising. A suite is supposed to have two rooms, not one poorly divided room. There was a stench of urine in the room on the first day, I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. The walls the paper thin, and you can hear ever sound from the corridors. Parking is good. Overall, I’m not that impressed with the accomodation.

We got the one bedroom unit and it was much cheaper than other hotels in the same area and also the breakfast was included. The unit was refurbished and was very clean, it had two TVs and also a complete kitchen area with stove, oven and dish washer. Also, the unit that we got was on top of the building and it had a great view of the city. The location is amazing since the area is very safe, it has two grocery stores nearby, two main underground stations, and you can easily walk to Hyde park. The only negative part was that the plates/dishes in the breakfast area looked old and some of them weren't cleaned properly. Overall I would definitely come back here if I travel to London again!

Good location, nice rooms. However, for the Marriott standard the bed sheets were quite dirty. Also, the house keeping staff were quite unfriendly. They also recommend a restaurant to order takeaway from, however I found that the food was not that great, dry, without any taste, or extremely salty. On the plus side, breakfast was very big and filling. There is also a Tesco nearby.

I am very happy with the the rooms and especially with the staff going above and beyond to accomodate our needs. I would especially like to highlight Roberto, who arranged indian food with my dietary requirements, when i could not eat anything else available in the breakfast.

It was overall a pretty good stay here. The amenities here were solid. Kitchen was well stocked, gym was 24 hours and the washer/dryers available as well. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast but the star of the show was Roberto. He was such a great host in the mornings even though things were busy. One thing to note is elevators are slow. We requested a lower floor room and basically walked up/down other then check in check out. Not something they can change now with the building but still takes a bit away from the experience. Connections to city is decent with some busses and Earls Court about 10-15 mins walk away.

Only bed was made everyday and the room not cleaned. I complained at reception and was offered 4000 points in compensation on Bonvoy account which until today has not been done. Just like how the floors were not cleaned, the kitchen was left dirty daily. Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 4/5 … More
