We stayed a few days in this hotel (April 2023). I visited many Marriot hotels (I’m a Platinum member). The location is very good, not so far from the Shard and Borough Market. Breakfast is adequate for a three stars hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained, and our room (a suite…) had many problems (very difficult to close the door of the bathroom, not possible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom…). Then our main problem was that the hotel was dirty, and filthy. The room was dirty (my son looked for a Lego piece below the couch, and he found old chocolate candy and a lot of dust). Same for the gym. During our stay for a few days, it was never cleaned up, and the same towel was left in the gym for days. We forgot our two glasses in the gym, and we found them the day after. We asked for a new towel for the gym in the reception, and we received the answer that we would have received them in the gym after a few minutes, but nothing happened. Completely abandoned, and employees do not care too much. Marriot, you should take some action.

Great location if you are a tourist. It's an clean 15 min from the Borough Market and the Queens walk near the tower bridge. Plenty of small eateries along the way when you walk to the Tower bridge. Good service, polite staff, cheerful and helpful. Good rooms, all in all a fun experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel in London over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, even with three people staying in it. The beds were cozy and the room was well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including both hot and cold options, which made it easy to find something delicious to eat each morning. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the staff were always on hand to ensure that everything was replenished as needed. Finally, I have to give a special shoutout to Jerryn at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, providing me with helpful tips and recommendations for things to see and do in the city. He was always friendly and approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London. With spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and a helpful and friendly staff, it truly exceeded my expectations
