Reside is managing my studio flat in New cross gate since January 2022. Alina and her team are doing a great job. First of all they have done an excellent tenant finding. The person living in the apartment is treating it very well and all the payments are coming on time every month. Reside's staff is always available and very proactive. Few months ago the flat needed some maintenance and they took care of everything very quickly and at a reasonable price. Their management fee structure is very simple with no hidden costs. Every month I get an email with all the costs and fees deducted which makes it easy to manage the finances. If I could I would purchase more buy to let properties in the area just because they're above the average and I'm pretty sure it's rare to find someone like them who offers a human touch in the real estate industry.
