Have had a really great experience so far with RESI (we've just submitted for planning permission). Reem the architect was incredibly responsive and we are extremely happy with the final design. Turns out we knew nothing about the planning requirements in our local area, which the team at RESI was very knowledgeable about and have helped us put together the application. They were also very patient with us, going at our speed as we had to wait for a few things to fall into place before we could submit. Really glad we decided to contact RESI

We were very nervous at the start of the process and was reassured very quickly by the professionalism of all we came in contact with. The process to Building Control was very smooth. However, we were very disappointed to discover at the Building Control stage, that we need technical agreements that was only picked up two months after the related report was submitted. This has significantly delayed our project. Resi needs to review this aspect of their service provision.
