Made a last minute booking today, which was quick and easy. Really nice location up on Hatfield Heath, loads of parking available. Fantastic customer service, warm greeting, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is spotlessly clean and well presented. The actual cryo treatment was amazing. I had one in LA a few years ago and this one was better than that, I assume a more modern machine. Came out feeling fantastic. I will definitely be back soon. Companies in Central London are charging £90+ for this same treatment, I paid £20 today for my first treatment with them, fantastic pricing.

I head out to ResetCryo once a week and as well as the benefits to the body, I found it such a saviour to the mind. Being able to have my head cleared and feel relaxed once a week is such a benefit, also really aids my sleep. Would recommend to anyone. You also get really good service from friendly staff which helps in your relaxation and rehab.

Absolutely love going to Resetcryo the feeling after is amazing. Any niggly aches and pains from training disappear and you have a real sense of well-being. I find I have much more energy to train after having a session. Emma and her team couldn’t be more welcoming, putting you at ease and explaining everything. The mini workouts you can do during your session are helpful to keep you moving. They also give you a great tune to jig too!!. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who hasn’t tried it you won’t be disappointed.

As an ex-footballer, I suffer from chronic spinal and hip issues and was at my wits-end. After a few Cryo sessions I could start to feel the benefits, was able to reduce my medication and also started to see an improvement in my other arthritic symptoms. I’ve recently had more hip surgery and my post surgery Cryo has also brought dramatic relief to my pain. This has enabled me to speed-up my rehabilitation and get back to work sooner than anticipated. The team at ResetCryo are lovely, non-judgemental and just ‘normal people’. I would highly recommend Cryo to anyone - and especially ResetCryo.
