I have alcohol problem Ive phoned them for advice and consultation was offered. A woman Ive spoke to couldn't schedule what time on Tuesday I get phoned and duration would be an hour . Day went buy never heard from them, week gone by and nothing. Please dont privatise NHS we need this service that doesnt run officient or with a minimum standart. I work for NHS my self and I tell you reset is appalling

Most of the people who work here wouldn't last 2 minutes in a real world job scenario and they know it. You're more likely to get what you need if you ask for the complete opposite of what you actually want - this is sometimes through stupidity but mostly out of spite. Bottom line is, now we know why there's a thriving market in London for getting your script privately. You simply cannot rely on people like this to have any element of power or control over your script, if you want to have a job and be a productive member of society.
