We met Sandra at Reset K9 after our daughter developed a severe fear of dogs in the aftermath of being bitten, and we have found the 10-week KAD programme positively transformative. Sandra was approachable, empathetic and fun, whilst simultaneously projecting her clear knowledge and authority on dog behaviour throughout. She never pushed my daughter to do more than she was ready to do, and all these factors combined to establish a real trust between them, which is ultimately what allowed my daughter to progress and conquer much of her fear. We all leave the programme better educated about dog body language, responsible dog ownership and practical, hands-techniques to apply when interacting with dogs. Sandra is a real superstar who absolutely went above and beyond, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to any family whatever their dog-related needs, whether it's overcoming a specific fear or general education.

We had a lovely session with Sandra at our home. All the adults in attendance felt as though they had learned something new and the children have been practicing all the tips she taught them such as “one, two three, stop!” pats. Sandra was warm and incredibly well prepared and I was very impressed with how patient she was with the young children (aged 2) who could be easily distracted. Would 100% recommend!
