I am a disabled man with many health issues, I reported a fault with my drains as the smell was horrendous to the council and today a guy turned up and nearly had to leave the job as he couldnt get his van near to my property. After about 10 minutes ( after we thought he had left) we hear a van reversing down the smallest of paths and it was Neil guest. He said he couldnt leave us like that, as I said earlier it stank, he not only managed to jet wash my drains and put lovely smelling solution down he jet washed my whole yard to leaving it smelling lush and sparkling clean. In my eyes he went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Neil guest and thank you Rescue Jet Ltd.

I've has smelly drains since I moved in to the property. I am a live in carer for a severley disabled man. The council sent this company out and We got Neil Guest to flush my drains out. Neil went above and beyond his job for us. Not only did he clear my drains he also jet washed my front yard and fought to get his van down a super tight path to help us. Thank you for 5 star service. Blocked toilet....came on time and chap was very professional and had my toilet unblocked in about an hour and half.....made him a cup of coffee....and overall I am completely happy with the service...would recommend them....
