I had a very good experience with RES Property Surveyors and would not hesitate to use them again. Their prices may be higher than some other places producing very high volumes of home buyers' surveys but in my view this is wholly justified by their customer service and quality. Booking the survey was very straightforward, they had good availability and friendly office staff. The report was returned within the time advertised and was very thorough. My good friend is a surveyor, he read the report and confirmed that it was of a high standard. The surveyor was very clearly experienced and was more than happy to take follow up calls to discuss their findings.
