I used request estates property management services on a short term basis whilst locked out of the country during covid. Having a portfolio of properties in London I contacted request and their management team were spot on in helping oversee my tenants and all security issues in my empty properties. They were in regular contact with detailed reports back, when I finally made it over to my UK residence they had taken the time to tidy my property ad leave supplies in the fridge without me having to request it. I will use them again during my time outside of the UK
