We dined here a couple of hours ago for our anniversary. Unfortunately found the food very average considering they are pitching themselves a cut above standard. Being a vegetarian there was only one main course choice! I asked for a lemon wedge to go with my paneer starter, this seemed to take more time than necessary and and a lime wedge arrived. Our waiter was very courteous and I had left my Dahl makani as found it quite bland. He said he would send it to the Chef to ‘test’ but no response given before leaving. I understand the menu has changed as there were no innovative dishes, especially for vegetarians. We left feeling disappointed.

I have found a new favourite Indian restuarant in West London, Republic on Chiswick High Road. I met a friend for lunch and although we were 5 minutes late for the 12 -2:30 lunch, the team there were very accommadating and served us without hesitation. The food was flavourful and the service was excellent. They honestly couldn't do enough for us. I was so impressed I will definately be back. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for the experience.

Went here for a Valentine’s Day dinner as Indian food is my girlfriend’s favourite. We have been to so many Indian restaurants over the years and quite a few expensive and Michelin star ones, but this was our favourite in terms of quality of food and at a decent price. The salmon was soft and delicious, the Paneer Tikka was tasty and the Chicken Lollipops were so good and my personal favourite. Our mains were very good, the lamb for the Adraki Lamb Shank Bhuna was fantastic quality and taste. The waiters were really nice and the interior was cosy but stands out. I would definitely recommend anyone who loves Indian food to give this place a try.
