This review is for a young gentleman that worked there November 8-10th, I am beyond grateful for his kind conduct. In short, we went to get jeans for my husband, and while he was trying it he put his phone down and ended up forgetting it in a dressing room. We walked out thought we had everything with us and about 10ish minutes later i see someone running after me and it was this wonderful gentleman bringing us my husband phone as he forgot it. I was soo relieved as we would have noticed probably another 30 mins after and would have never found it. Just want store to know how much i appreciate their employee’s kindness. Sadly we ended uo not getting jeans because my husband needed larger size than the largest they had, but the store is extremely well stocked with fashionable and trendy pieces. Women’s section is at the basement level :-) so i gather it’s predominantly male clothing store

I have been buying Replay for couple of years and never get tired of the type of jeans they do. The jeans are comfortable tp wear and the faric quality is good too. I bought Jackets and tops that are quite comfortable and fits well. I shop at Carnaby branch (one and only) and the staff are quite helpful and friendly and I would recommend the shopping experience to the fashionable crowd.
