May 9th, 2023(ESL faulty)...called/texted Matt around 8am pertaining to my wife's c-class 220, went to work, great dialog via text, I explained everything to him the best way I could, fitted me in the same day around 4:40pm, but worked around me as I finished work late. Very approachable, knowledgeable, quick and efficient guy, was like a godsend, as I wasn't able to get car towed beforehand. Will definitely recommend and use this/ these guys again if need be. Called Matt when I had a problem with my EIS ignition on my W221 S Class Matt diagnosed what he thought the issue was on the phone and was bang on correct. I travelled up to the West Midlands to see him and he resolved the issue in less than an hour - something that I was being quoted 5 days+ via the post. We have a 2003 mercedes slk200 which had been fitted with a second hand ignition barrel and o e key which was not programmed to the central locking. We had tried for years to find someone who could supply a second key with no success. Finding this company has been a real bonus. We live in Newcastle and it was well worth the trip to Birmingham to get it sorted. Matt is a real professional and knows his trade. We now have two fully functioning keys. Very happy.
