The repairmen were very good.I would give 5stars if the admin had not been a bit off. They forgot to email a receipt and thought they had supplied the spare parts which it seems they would make an exhorbitant mark up on.Foolish to show they would charge nearly double what I paid Neff for parts.

Repair4u has the most dissrespectful and rude employees ever. This has been a horrible experience. The lady who was on the phone shouted and sweared. The repair guy who came and was super creepy to my girlfriend as well. Will not recomend this repair service to my worst enemy.
