Called Repair World Direct last week after accidently cracking my phone back. They quoted £29. I dropped it off half hour later and within the hour it was repaired. No messing or wasted time. I was initially hesitant as not wanting to be without a phone. But RWD provided excellent customer service and for a cost a lot lower than I expected.
