Mark came out yesterday and fixed our daughters Samsung pad, professional service at our home, no issues or hassle and price was spot on. Fast service, polite. I just see the negative reviews and as a business myself being self employed we rely on reviews and I like to say I laughed at what they said as you can clearly see mark had replied and believe you can't please all even after helping people out. I had the same issue with two o my own reviews so don't listen to the nonsense bad reviews, Mark is A1 and trust him . Thanks again Mark, Hayley Will leave a review also . Top job
