We used this company over a year ago but somehow got locked out of being able to review them. They are con artists. The promise to come back if the problem does not go away, but they won’t. They will go dark on you. Our problem was even worse. The replacement they turned up with was already broken when they came with it and they kept our money and vanished. Their company blurb says ‘ with over 35 years experience…..’ I did some research on company house. They have 1 owner/ director and he is 28 ! He previously ran an IT repair company that claimed ‘ with over 35 years experience’ Avoid them or him at all costs.

Awful, Repair Giant did not quote me but invoiced me. They charged me £180 for an oven repair which only needed the element changing. Heating elements cost around £20 but they quoted it at £96! The element has stopped working after 1.5 years and will now change it my self. Do not recommend Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

I've used this company to repair a dishwasher. A few weeks later the dishwasher got broken again. I've tried to book online for another repair and suddenly they say they don't serve my postcode. They also don't answer the phone, nor reply to the emails I've sent. I see other positive reviews, but my experience has been really poor. Service: Dishwasher repair

I was at work in Dalston, when I caught sight of this van and quickly noted the number. I went onto their website and completed the online form to repair my microwave. Shortly after a lady called from their offices on a Tuesday regarding my repair. I paid £64 upfront and was booked in for that Friday. I spent the majority of the day waiting patiently for the engineer to arrive. No phone call, no text, no email no nothing, to say if they’re coming and what time they were coming and if there’s any problems. I had to call to find out when the engineer would arrive, but to my astonishment it wouldn’t be for Friday as he needed a part which he would have to get over the weekend. This is absolutely poor Customer Service, I am very dissatisfied with the way I’ve been treated.

Excellent service and less expensive than three other comparable repair services in our area. Although I wasn't thrilled with the all-day time frame, all the other repair services I rang operated on the same basis. The repairman who came to inspect and repair my fridge-freezer was polite and helpful. He arrived around 11am after ringing beforehand to say he was on his way. Very satisfied with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Repair Giant again. Services: Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair
