Please don't use them . Had cover for three years. But had 2 year left on my warranty? So they thought it would be take 5 years with out telling me . Then as the 3rd year start I had a problem with my fridge they couldn't repair so they were going to replace. But wanted to change me extra for change the door. Then wanted the rest of the policy paid for in full. £79. Scam. Take take . Real jokers. Never again But wanted to change for extra repair. Scamming company. They set up a direct debit on my mother's bank account without permission claiming it was an automatic renewal. She had dealings with another company (but same owner) several years ago and obviously kept bank details. Trying to talk to them is like talking to a wall. Bank cancelled and refunded money.

I wouldn't even give these a star !! But there are no negative stars!! Well today I was informed that a decision would be made re: the alternative replacement of my washer dryer (Bosch) to an inferior product Indesit. I was informed I would have an answer by the end of play today. So far I have not received anything, considering I have been waiting since 22nd December without a washing machine I find that the policy is a complete waste of money, were as I could have put that money aside and used Curry's for a 48hr replacement service. TOTALLY a useless policy and a scam. I would like to rescind my new policy which commences March '23. Kind regards Keiran Mullan

Shocking company. Had a call about setting up a policy from a one that had run out through another company and they was taking over, I asked for proof of the company by email or letter, then revived a letter with a direct debt on there for £225 for 3 days later to come out. Called them and they said they had put a stop their end and I needed to call the bank. Next thing there’s a direct debit coming out at £18 a month that I had noticed called them and they are saying I’ve set it up even though I haven’t provided and bank details. All has been cancelled with the bank but they just take money without permission. Disgusting!

Noticed they had taken 6 payments from my account, called them about this and it was refunded and I was apologised to. Shouldn't of happened but they sorted the problem caused by a system error, not ideal but happy it was refunded.

Absolutely disgraceful service, mis-sold policy by salespeople, 60 cancellation period ridiculous, how are you supposed to know how poor the service will be until you need to use it, left without a washer for a fortnight, could have used the money to buy a washer and have it delivered next day. Joke of a company. Steer clear.
