I was not happy at the start as the cost was more than quoted (spare parts not included) but after speaking to the management we found a compromise and despite the problems they resolved and fixed in a way that made up for everything. Its so hard to find reliable repair services, I've been scammed by others in fulham, but so far this is one company we would use again as they did things the right way even when there were problems.
