System working brilliantly I’m always given a brake down of what’s happening, why and time scales. I can’t fault their service and wouldn’t trust a different company with my oil fired boiler.

My housing association use this company, my boiler broke in November they kept saying they were coming and never came then eventually had a man called Stuart come out and he went through all my bedrooms with no permission at all then had another man come today to fit a new boiler and he took one look and walked about because he doesn’t like cats and left leaving us stuck again with no hot water or heating so thankfully next week we have a different company coming to fit a new boiler this company has been nothing but useless rude and unprofessional I am disgusted with how I’ve been treated!!!!!!
