After many occasions , Rentokil has failed to meet the agreed arrangements for clinical waste collection from our business premises. We have been corresponding with a lady called Nicola Booth from your company and are baffled that in the midst of a pandemic, a company which specialises in infection control is allowing clinical harzardous waste to pile up, as the bin exceeded its capacity in 2021. Only one collection was done in 2021, all other collections were not done. A agreed collection for 20th January 2022 was not attempted either. I've personally made many calls and emails to have this sorted as this is not just an embarrassment for our business but a threat to public health.
