    Terrible service: rental and customer service! Booked a car weeks in advance, received confirmation that reservation failed next day. Then when I already booked the car somewhere else, 24hrs before initial pick up day, send me an email that my car is ready, and charged be the last day! Cancelled, but they didn;t refund me. Spending days challanging this - no result. Aweful customer service. I was their loyal customer for year, never ever again!

I have a screenshot of my calls to their company in that day, and i have a document that a took a car in that evening at the same place but from another company. Which I already send to them by email. I have not received anything from them but they have not returned the money for a month. After mouth and many later they return money.

    Booked for a car for 3 days to cover repairs to my car from Valencia Airport. Booked at 12am. Went to the airport as instructed, Hertz had no record of the booking. A friend had driven me and after an hour talking to the Hertz desk and trying to speak to Rentalcars, decided to just cancel. Despite the fact that the booking was the same day, they state no refund without 48 hours notice.
