Amazing company if you want to hire a tent and accessories for a special occasion. I can not thank Nick and his family enough for all they did to ensure that my son had an amazing 21st Birthday. Their commitment, organisation and communication was brilliant. The weather was dreadful on Saturday but the quality tent and service ensured that the party could go on! I can not recommend them enough. Thank you so much 😊

Thoroughly disappointed. Admin and organisation is poor with very little communication and no customer service. Told we would be provided an estimated installation date - we weren't, when chased we were just told 'they're busy and it will be done'. Infact it was not installed until 11pm the night before required. Same again with collection. Original confirmation email stated deposit would be refunded 7-10 days 'after the event'. As anticipated it did not arrive. When contacted I was told I should not have emailed so prematurely and that the confirm email was in-correct and deposit refund due 7-10 days after collection of marquee, again did not happen. When chased again I received an email I would not expect as a paying client showing no urgency to return the deposit they had promised. In-fact personal circumstances were used as an excuse for this. Although you will find they come up a lot cheaper than many other marquees in the area - that is sadly reflected in the service.

The great thing about small businesses is that you get a great service. Just used these guys for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We rented a 6x4m marquee with dance floor. Great service, great team and great marquee. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Su, Fred, Nick and the team.

We recently hired a marquee and other items for my Sister’s hen party. Absolutely impeccable service from everyone at Rent a tent. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I’d been an annoying customer and requested changes at the last minute. On delivery and set up, Nick was super friendly which made the whole process exciting rather than stressful. I’d definitely use these guys for future engagements.
