Paul & team are great! I took my Merida bike into them on Monday evening for a service/saftey check ahead of the Ride London event on Sunday, they completed a full service and clean and I collected the bike on Wedneday. They had alot of bikes to service but the turnaround time was super quick and efficient! My bike has never been so clean, unbelievable service, highly recommend! Amazing. I took my 6 year old bike in for a replacement chain and rear cassette. They did a fantastic job, it came out looking and riding like it was brand new. Will definitely be going back for regular maintenance. EDIT: I have experienced an issue with the links in the new chain seizing up. Called the shop and they seemed shocked so I will take it back this weekend for them to have a look. Further update to come. EDIT: They did it again! Brand new chain no charge. The owner was surprised that the other failed and agreed it must have just been a bad one. You don't need to go anywhere else, just go here.

I’ve owned many bikes over the years but I’ve seldom come across such helpful and friendly service as at Renovatio’s shop on Christchurch Rd. With so many bike shops today you need to book your bike in days or weeks ahead for a service but at Renovatio, no matter how busy they are, they’ll always find time to give your bike a quick inspection. Of course, if major work is needed and parts need to be ordered in you might have to wait a few days. However, in my experience I’ve usually been able to get back on the road within minutes or a couple of hours. So many businesses today ask for feedback for giving average delivery. The guys at Renovatio consistently go well above and beyond. Highly recommended. 👏👏👏
