Strange mix of items. There are bargains to be had but, alas, some overpriced tat.

I had the worst shopping experience of my life at this southdown branch of Grove House Hospice shop on the 10/02/2018. The changing rooms had clearly not been checked after the last person had finished using them as when i went in to try my clothes on there were six empty hangers in the room. I tried on my two items and as I went to pay I was accused of stealing the items from these six empty hangers. I explained my position as having only tried on two items but was further accused. I have never been more humiliated by a staff worker in my life and considering this is a charity shop I would have expected to have been treated with more common courtesy. I will never enter this shop again, and feel marked by the experience. The staff member ought to feel ashamed of her conduct but I doubt from her actions that this is a one off experience.
