From start to finish my experience with Renn Works Porschacare was 5 star. With working in the industry the moment I bought a Porsche I had several people recommend these guys. I initially called and spoke with Sam who was absolutely lovely. Went thought everything with me on the phone and passed me onto Matt who would then give me my pricing and explain the work in technical detail. I booked in for a series of service bits on top of some upgrades to my Cayman such as PCM Upgrade and Cruise Control Retrofit. The guys did an absolutely smashing job. Everything I asked for was done perfectly and the car left their workshop feeling like a different car. It's one thing to book a customer in, do the work, take their money and send them on their way but with these guys everything felt so much more personal and so much time went into making sure I understood everything and was happy with the work they had done. I couldn't recommend these guys enough if your after a top class McLaren and Porsche specialist and I will be going back to them for further upgrades in the future. After having a service on my 720 at a main dealer these had my car straight after and noticed loose suspension bolts and the wheels fitted on the wrong side (directional alloys) these guys clearly know more than the main dealers do !! The car was booked for lowering and a colour change on the calipers I expected a few weeks but all completed way before the original date given, The service from start to finish was faultless with constant WhatsApp messages to keep me updated, I run a business myself and I was really impressed I won’t be using an maclaren main dealer again, Thanks Sam and the team Services: Auto maintenance, Brakes

I have just picked my 986 Boxster S up after they did a clutch and IMS bearing upgrade alongside some other jobs. I had a major coolant leak in my Mclaren 650s on a Sunday evening while out on a drive. Car needed recovering and not to my house as I only had one in the bank from AA. Managed to get hold of Sam and Matt (majorly out of hours I will add) and they agreed I could get the car recovered to there. Fast forward to 3 in the morning before it was finally dropped off and I'd left the key in a safe space for them to pick up the next morning. By lunch time on the Monday Sam had sent me a video of the problem and ordered the part, as well as pricing me up for new pads and a major service (figured while it was there I might as well!). Throughout the week Sam sent me videos of stuff they were doing / checking (as they do every time I take my car there) and I picked it up on the Friday as promised, in time to take it out on the Saturday. These guys are consistently fantastic, better service and price than dealers and, actually check the car over for other issues and really really know their stuff. Plus they stick to their word and don't over promise and under deliver. Highly, highly recommend.
