Twenty years ago this place was a solid music shop with great teachers, off-site practise facilities and a decent selection of instruments and accessories in stock. First time I've used them in years and sadly no longer fit for purpose. If you need to buy anything go absolutely ANYWHERE else.

My experience with this store has been awful. They have taken over £200 from my 16 year old son who has ADHD & Autism, by encouraging him to set up a direct debit & taking the payments even though they knew he had only come for the taster session then never returned. I spoke to Shannon who said she totally agreed this shouldn't have happened & just needed her manager to authorise a part-refund. I never heard from her again & she has ignored my emails. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service. Please avoid at all costs! Ordered a large number of instruments in the summer for school children and they have not arrived despite the delivery date passing. No correspondence and only an outgoing phoneline.... says everything about this company really. Happily take money without delivering the goods.

All credit/stars goes to music teachers who are are very good. Our son had a good time learning. However the accounts team is absolutely terrible at communication once you have left lessons. They charged for all cancellations despite many of them being from the teachers. And we were told the money will be refunded initially, only to change after completing notice period of 1 month. We were asked to book extra lessons without refund being an option. The accounts team responds to emails, very slowly, only once in 2 weeks, to say please refer to terms and conditions and rebook lessons with no explanation as to why we were charged for all cancellations and why direct debit was not changed to accommodate for cancellations!! Not fair at all!
