Van was booked in for a service and staff were made aware i would be waiting while the work was being done by my company when it was booked in Upon arrival i was told no such arrangement was made for me to wait however they would do their best this was at 08.30 I was advised by my company that it was arranged with Mark (service department) upon relaying this information Mark made himself known to me and said apprx 2 hrs the work was carried out and i eventually left at 11.55 so much for 2hrs when being given the keys back i was advised of faults N.s shock absorber leaking Both front tyres near legal limit Rear n.s.tyre has cut in it And break pads need doing asap Surely the pads should have been done on the spot and considering the time they had the van there this could have been done So my overall impression of this company isnt realy that good
