Always book my car here for my service and any work and have done for the past 4 years, always helpful, although booked my car in for this year service with gear box oil over a months wait no issue but dropped my car in and they said they cant do the gear box oil change and no renault would be able to, i contacted staples corner and they can do it no issue

Excellent customer service. Professional technician with detailed video showing defect giving very clear info to customer. Fix the issue in timely manner with regular update to customer. There is a limited staff so the car cannot be fixed within same day. It's still acceptable for next day. If the price to replace the tyres can be lower, it will be more competitive to other service provider in market, e.g. Costco.

A HUGE thank you to Adam in parts for a fantastic customer service! I ordered a front drivers side wiper arm & wiper blades. My existing wiper arm was twisted due to me forgetting my wiper up when I tried to shut the bonnet. Anyway, I went in this morning and Adam was more than happy to fit it for me. It was raining and I was panicking as I needed it sorted. I am very happy with the experience and its all down to Adam. As long as he's there, I will be coming back!! It may have only been a 5 minute job but it meant so much more to me. With my wipers sorted, I actually enjoyed my drive home in the rain.. Thanks again!!
