Having waited and been very patient for parts for 6- 7 months the work wasn't carried out and noises still being heard. Louder than ever and feels like the suspension/ springs arms are about to break. Also at time of this work they said they carried out a service which wasn't part of the visit. No service book was asked for and wasn't booked in for this until 15th May along with mot. Poor communication and initial problem not rectified.p
